I hadn't planned on any new Pinterest projects on my mini-vacay, but decided Friday afternoon that I would make
these pancakes Saturday morning for breakfast {along with the omelet my grandpa would make}. So, to the store I went....which was quite depressing since I walked out, $25 later, with things I could have brought from home and would have cost me nothing. But, whatcha gonna do!?
Um yeah....those are even better than they look. Talk about yum! Worth every penny!
I had some difficulty to begin with {using a non non-stick pan and electric stove} but I improvised with a non-stick cake pan and they did much better. We added home made icing and man oh man, I'm glad I doubled the batch. Those babies were gone like there was no tomorrow! :)
