Crockpot Cheesey Bacon Potatoes.

When I saw this recipe on Pinterest, I had to try it. Cheese + bacon + potatoes = my idea of yumminess! I wondered how they would turn out in the crockpot, but man they were delish! So delish, that I had to make them again for Easter brunch at my sis'.

Now that I'm stuffed with yummy potatoes, I'm off to eat myself to death on a 7 day cruise to Mexico. Hopefully I'll come back with a tan, and not some extra lbs ;)
